Complementing his existing building apprenticeship with design draughtsman qualifications gained Neil the expertise to enter the world of property development, commencing with spec housing. Gaining Associate of the Real Estate Institute of NZ status, he enjoyed considerable success as owner of a number of Auckland Real Estate offices, whilst growing his property development interests. Neil finally divested himself of his real estate businesses to concentrate on property development with emphasis on the Commercial and Industrial market.

Neil’s influence and drive has seen his companies complete around 500 homes and, latterly some major industrial projects. Hands-on within the Group, Neil is focused on, and committed to, the success of his operation.

Croyden Gauntlett, as Operations Manager and more, is a key to the success of the Group. He has considerable and wide-ranging management and financial expertise combined with in-depth knowledge and experience in commercial design-and-build construction.

Additionally, the Group also employs, as consultants, experts in their respective fields of engineering, architectural experience, legal and accounting, as well as its own dedicated and skilled team of professionals and trades people to undertake the development projects; people who, like Neil himself, are unwilling to compromise on quality.
