The Calibre Group is a family of entities dedicated primarily to property development in the greater Auckland area. These are managed through Calibre Group Holdings Ltd which controls all its associated companies' operations.

The Calibre name evolved around 1986 since when the focus has been on the total completion of its own ventures, undertaking entire projects from land acquisition, conceptualisation through development to marketing. Since its inception it has successfully undertaken the development of many such projects in the Auckland region.

The Group’s emphasis over the past decade or so has been on the Commercial and Industrial market with significant projects being undertaken, particularly within the Auckland International Airport environs.

Calibre's effective formula for its success is to carefully define and identify the market opportunities, and formulate a development to satisfy this demand whilst meticulously selecting the optimum site on which to complete the project.
