This development, the Group’s third project in Montgomerie Road, consists of 16 Industrial Units ranging in size from 253sq m to 552sq m. Calibre’s usual emphasis is placed on aesthetic appeal as well as practical usage. Central Otago stone clad pillars enhance the frontages of all Units, with particular consideration given to the road frontage Units to present a pleasant and attractive vista to passing traffic etc.

To accommodate increasing market demand for volume as well as area, warehouse stud heights range from 5.75m to 6.0m clear. Mezzanine offices maximize the use of space and provide a pleasant elevated air conditioned work place, complete with a 2.7m stud height.
