The brief given was for a large clear span structure, with a partial area of offices / amenities, suitable for occupation by a worldwide corporate, but constructed to meet both budget and quality constraints.

Comprising a clear span storage area of 3700 sqm (40,000 sq ft), with an integrated canopy of 1000 sqm (10,700 sq ft) and approx 140 sqm (1,500 sq ft) offices / amenities, the design concept has proved highly successful, both aesthetically and practically, and more than fulfilled our clients requirements.

Comprising structural steel portal frames, a 100m long firewall, Colorsteel cladding and Large Roller Doors, , under Calibre’s management, the building was completed in14 weeks, meeting timeframe and budget deadlines without compromising quality.
